  • Q. Is there secure payment Option?
    • A - Yes, We use PayUMoney & it is secure to use PayU as it is PCI-DSS compliant with risk monitoring mechanisms like negative BIN listing and velocity based checks.
      It's widely used by a lot of eCom companies and has regular Information Security Audits being conducted by Banks which recommend PayU to their Merchants.

  • Q. Are all the doctors authenticated/authorized?
    • A - All documents submitted by doctors are verified by officially registered Medical Officers.

  • Q. Do you guarantee that doctors are available on given appointment times?
    • A - We do not guarantee availability of Doctors. When doctor is unavailable, alternate appointment timing will be available for your booking. In case, another timing doesn’t suit you, substitute doctor will be available for booking option and the same will be updated to you via mail & message.

  • Q. Are there any charges for appointment cancellation?
    • A - No.

  • Q. Can I reschedule my appointment on time?
    • A - Yes at any time.

  • Q. Without Payment is my profile visible in available doctor list?
    • A - Without successful Payment and verification, doctor’s name won’t be visible in available doctor’s list.

  • Q. Can I change my timetable daily?
    • A - Yes, you can certainly change your timetable as you wish.

  • Q. Can the sub-account holder view the complete profile of the doctor?
    • A - No, sub-account holder has been only given rights to access patient feedback and manage appointments.

  • Q. Is there extra charges for Message center?
    • A - No extra charges.
